No. You can bid in person, by phone, or online through our approved bidding platforms. Phone and online bidding require pre-registration PRIOR to the sale.
To bid by phone, you must pre-register before the sale. You will need to pre-authorize a credit card for the maximum amount of which you wish to bid. In the event that your desired bid limit is more than your credit card limit, you will be required to submit a letter of credit from your bank. Once registered, you will be assigned a bidder number, which allows you to participate in the sale. You will need to list the Hip Numbers that you wish to be called on, and we can let you know when to expect a call during the sale. During the sale, a designated phone bidder assistant will call you before the horse(s) you are interested in enter the ring.
Go to www.CCI.live and click “Register” at the top of the page. Fill out the required information, including your name, email, and phone number. Set up a secure password for your account. Once you have created an account, you will then need to register for our specific sale. You will need to provide a valid credit card – if your credit card limit is not as high as your desired bid limit, you will need to send a letter of credit from your bank to our office to be approved. Approval is typically processed quickly, but it’s best to register at least a day before the sale to avoid delays.
You will be required to submit a letter of credit from your bank to chad@trianglehorsesales.net and we can adjust your bid limit according to the letter.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A valid bank letter of credit may be required for check payments above a certain amount. Wire transfers are also accepted – please contact our office for details at (405) 617-3340
Once payment has cleared, registration papers and signed transfers will be provided to AQHA where they will then be transferred to you.
Triangle Horse Sales does not offer transportation. This is something that should be secured PRIOR to bidding on a horse. Reputable haulers are listed in the front of our sale catalog – transport arrangements MUST be submitted to the Triangle sale office promptly after purchase.
Once the auctioneer announces “sold,” the horse becomes the buyer’s responsibility. Feeding and watering the horse is the responsibility of the buyer once it has been sold. You must settle your account before taking possession and arrange for transportation.
The full sale catalog is available online before each sale. Printed catalogs are also provided at the event.
You have until 9:00 A.M. the morning after the last sale session. All horses must be fed and watered while on site. Failure to do so will result in fees. IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL HORSES ARE REMOVED FROM THE FACILITY BEFORE 9:00 A.M.
